A Bit About Me
Hi! I’m Chelsea, an energetic and passionate English teacher from Cape Town, South Africa. With a background in psychology, I bring a unique understanding of how students learn and grow. Teaching is more than just a job for me—it’s a joy! I love working with children and helping them develop their language skills in a fun and engaging way. I also enjoy teaching Grammar and General English to both kids and adults, creating lessons that are interactive, supportive, and designed to build confidence.
Teaching Style
I believe that learning a language should be an active and enjoyable experience. That’s why I use a communicative teaching approach, where interaction is at the heart of every lesson. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations. By creating a supportive and dynamic learning space, I help students build fluency naturally and feel more confident in their English skills.
